MEDIA ADVISORY: BUCCANEERS RING OF HONOR PRESS CONFERENCE

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will hold their annual Ring of Honor press conference to announce induction plans for former head coach Tony Dungy on Tuesday, August 14 at 1:00 p.m. ET in the auditorium at One Buccaneer Place. Dungy’s induction will take place at halftime of the Buccaneers’ Monday Night Football contest against the Pittsburgh Steelers on September 24. (more)

BUCCANEERS AWARDED CB DE’VANTE HARRIS OFF OF WAIVERS

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced that the team has been awarded cornerback De’Vante Harris off of waivers from the New Orleans Saints. The team also announced that cornerback Aaron Davis has been waived. (more)

RAYMOND JAMES STADIUM TO BECOME FULLY SMOKE AND TOBACCO-FREE VENUE

The Tampa Sports Authority, in conjunction with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and University of South Florida, announced today that Raymond James Stadium will become a fully smoke and tobacco-free venue beginning in August. The announcement follows yesterday’s vote by the TSA Board of Directors to remove all designated smoking areas which had previously been located inside the stadium. (more)
