MEDIA ALERT: BUCCANEERS OFFENSIVE LINE CELEBRATES 11th ANNUAL “TURKEY TIME WITH THE O-LINE” ON MONDAY

On Monday, November 20 at 4:30 p.m., the Buccaneers’ offensive line and Publix Super Markets – with support from Coca-Cola Beverages Florida and United Way Suncoast – will provide Thanksgiving meals for those less fortunate at the 11th Annual “Turkey Time with the O-Line.” Along with Buccaneers Cheerleaders, Captain Fear, and more than three-dozen Buccaneers staff members, Buccaneers O-linemen Caleb Benenoch, Demar Dotson, Joe Hawley, Michael Liedtke, Ali Marpet, Justin Murray, Kevin Pamphile, Donovan Smith, Evan Smith, JR Sweezy and Leonard Wester will distribute full Thanksgiving meals to 1,000 families in need from the Tampa Bay area during the event at One Buccaneer Place.

BUCCANEERS WAIVE WR FREDDIE MARTINO

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced today that the team has waived wide receiver Freddie Martino in order to make room on the active roster for WR Mike Evans, who returned from a one-game suspension. (more)

BUCCANEERS TO KICK OFF SUNDAY’S SALUTE TO SERVICE GAME, PRESENTED BY USAA, WITH $25,000 DONATION TO CENTRAL FLORIDA USO

This Sunday, Nov. 12, fans will join together in an annual tradition at Raymond James Stadium to honor those who have sacrificed and served our nation: the Buccaneers’ Salute to Service Game, presented by USAA. Prior to the team’s 1:00 p.m. kickoff versus the New York Jets, Glazer Family Foundation Co-President Darcie Glazer Kassewitz will present Central Florida USO with a $25,000 donation to support its programs and services. Central Florida USO serves as the team’s primary charitable conduit to the local military community, working closely with the Buccaneers on a wide variety of military appreciation initiatives. (more)
